­This event is appropriate for General Practitioners and practice staff.

The CAT Plus software suite can help you identify patients who may have fallen though the gaps and are missing from your current chronic disease registers. This event will provide you with the opportunity to see the CAT Plus software suite in action. You will also have the opportunity to discuss strategies to implement data completeness and with your peers.

This session will provide you with knowledge on how you can use CAT4 to

  • easily identify patients who could be at risk of developing chronic disease
  • build chronic disease registers
  • identify income potential in the areas of chronic disease management
